Refund & Exchange policy

For National orders: We sincerely apologize, but all sales are considered final and we do not offer returns. However, we do provide an exchange option within 24 to 48 hours from the date of delivery*.

  • Exchanges are allowed only when there is a size issue. One of some steps includes a quality check by the TIS team & we reserve a right to decline the request if the product is used/damaged.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, if the desired size is not in stock, you will be offered a store credit.Store credit can be use in any products of The Immortal Store.
  • We provide exchange only one time, so make sure you are sure of the size. For assistance, we are here to  help you.
  • Exchange charges are ₹150. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. The delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location and additional delivery charges for delivering new product back to your location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one way charges.
  • To request an exchange, please submit your details via our Exchange Portal. Once received, our team will review your request.
  • If your request is approved, you’ll be required to:
  • Email us the following:
    • Clear product image
    • Address
    • Tracking ID
    • Order ID
    • Reason for exchange
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will share a secure payment link or barcode via email.Upon successful payment, your exchange process will begin promptly.
  • Exchanged product gets shipped as soon as we receive the returned product. The whole process takes about 7-10 Business days.
  • In case of return pick-up, if the area pin-code falls under non-serviceable category, then you will be informed & hence we expect you to send it via your local courier centre. In this case, you will not be charged anything for the exchange process.
  • Products purchased on any type of sales cannot be exchanged.
  • In case of a damaged product, we request you to provide an unboxing video, Once verified, We will initiate a return pickup and provide a refund in the form of store credits.
    Products purchased on any type of sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

For international orders: We sincerely apologize, but at this time we do not provide return or exchange services. All international sales are final, and we truly regret any inconvenience this may cause.

  • We currently do not offer exchanges on international orders, as we do not have control over the global shipping and logistics supply chain.
    Additionally, since we do not charge any shipping fees from our international customers, we hope for your kind understanding regarding this limitation.
