Return’s Refund

Return’s Refund – Refund amount can be transferred to customer’s Direct Bank Account/Wallet/Google Pay/PhonePay/PayTM.

Refund Timings– Once we receive the shipment at The Immortal Store warehouse Refund will be Credited within 1 working day in Case of Wallet ,Whereas it will take anywhere between 7-15 working days for the Bank to Reflect payment to Original Source depending upon the Payment Method. dd

Refund Policy– Only The Billing Amount is Refundable, The Shipping Cost will Not be Refundable , Because Shipping is Handle By Third-party Shipping ,The Immortal Store Does Not Keep The Shipping Money.

Note 1 :- In case of Cancellation , Order Cancelled Before Dispatching , The whole Amount Will Be Refunded.

Note 2 :- In case of Cancellation , Order Cancelled After Dispatching , The Billing Amount Will Be Refunded.

Note 3 :- Transaction charges of 2% will be deducted when customer cancelled prepaid orders.
