Refunds On Cancellation – If cancelled order requires any refund to be given back to the customer, then the refund will be credited 7-15 working days for Original Source depending upon the payment method.

Note 1 :- The Immortal Store can cancel any order if found faulty, payment issues etc ,from our end without any prior notice to the concerned customer and customer cannot sue us for that.

Note 2 :- Company have all the rights to cancel the order without any notice to the customer.

Note 3 :- Transaction charges of 2% will be deducted when customer cancelled prepaid orders

Note 4 :- There will be no deduction of transaction charges in case of wallet refund.

Note 5 :- Also , there will be no deduction in cases wherein the customer makes a double payment against a single order by mistake.It Will get Refund.

Note 6 :- Please note that we are not liable For any refund/issue raised after 7 days from the date of order Received.

Note 1 :- In case of Cancellation , Order Cancelled Before Dispatching , The whole Amount Will Be Refunded.

Note 2 :- In case of Cancellation , Order Cancelled After Dispatching , The Billing Amount Will Be Refunded.
